In the library of the Intellectual Property Office, in the Documentation Division, members of the public have an opportunity, with the professional assistance of the staff, to carry out autonomous searches of the available patent databases, as well as to obtain information on the methodology for drawing up applications for patents for invention, and patent information of a general character.

In addition to domestic and international databases on the published and registered inventions - patents, the library has other relevant publications in this field, too. In the library, users can also consult the domestic trademark database.

All patent-related databases and databases on trademarks can be consulted in the Documentation Division during its working hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. free of charge, or they can be copied at a charge of RSD  25 per page of a document in paper form and RSD 30 per page of documents in electronic format.
