The Office has a statutory obligation to publish in its official gazette the information about all protected industrial property rights in Serbia. This refers primarily to patents, petty patents, trademarks, industrial designs and indications of geographical origin.
The Office regularly publishes the following publications:
- "Intellectual Property Gazette" – the official journal of the Office – six issues a year;
- Patent specifications;
- International Patent Classification;
- Certificates for patents, petty patents, trademarks, industrial designs;
Other Publications of the Office
For the needs of the Office itself, rulebooks, seminar programs, development plans and programs, instructions and forms are printed.
The Office also has an obligation to contribute to the professional advancement of employees working on the intellectual property protection tasks in companies, institutes and other organizations, as well as in specialized organizations for the protection of inventions and distinctive signs, etc. This is achieved through the publication by the Office of various materials, such as brochures, collections of works, manuals and books dealing with the issues related to intellectual property protection. |
