For the publishing of information on a patent grant or a petty patent grant, an applicant, i.e., a right holder is obliged to pay

For publishing changes to the data entered into the Office’s Registries, an applicant is obliged to pay

Tariff no. 9
For a patent search report on the basis of technical description of the subject matter of the invention and other relevant information for one invention, an applicant is obliged to pay the following sums:
1)for the search in the patent fund of Serbia and
Montenegro
2) for the search in an international patent fund
3) for the search in the patent fund of Serbia and
Montenegro at oral request of a client when the search is carried
out by an Office’s expert in the presence of the client
4) for the search in an international patent fund at the client’s oral request, when the search is carried out by the Office’s expert in the presence
of the client

1) for the provision of information:
- for one copy of the “Intellectual Property Gazette”
- for one page of “a patent specification”
2) for “an international patent classification”:
- Section A – “Human necessities”
- Section B – “Performing operation; transportation”
- Section C – “Chemistry; metallurgy”
- Section D – “Textile; paper”
- Section E - “Building and mining”
- Section F – “Mechanical Engineering; Lighting; Heating; Weapons; Blasting”
- Section G – “Physics”
- Section H – “Electricity”
3) for the Manual to the International Patent Classification
4) for the content of all sections and the Manual to the International Patent Classification
