For an application for registration of design:
1) the filing fee for one design amounts to

NOTE:
The fee referred to in paras. 1 and 2 of this Tariff Number will be reduced by 10% if the applicant has attached to his application a translation into English of the title of the invention and of the abstract.
The fee referred to in para. 9 of this Tariff Number will be increased by 50% if an international patent application was filed in the subsequent time limit of 30 days upon the expiry of the time limit for entering the national stage of application examination.
If the applicant for the grant of a patent, petty patent, topography, design is a domestic inventor, that is, author, a fee in the amount of 10% of the fee prescribed by this Tariff Number will be charged. The reduction referred to in para. 3 of this Note also applies to the first degree heirs of the mentioned persons.

Tar. No. 86
For maintenance of design for a five year period:
1) for the first design
2) for the second and each subsequent design from the series
For maintenance of design for a period from the sixth to the fifteenth year, annual fees amount to:
1) for the first design
2) for each subsequent design
NOTE:
1. The Note on Tariff Number 81 applies.
2. The maintenance fee referred to in this Tariff Number is to be paid before the beginning of the year for which the fee is being paid, and it can be paid at the earliest six months before the expiry of the period for which the fee for the previous interval was paid.
3. If the fee is not paid within the time limit referred to in item 2. of this Note, it can be paid within six months from the day on which the time limit referred to in that item expired, increased by 50%.

For a priority certificate:
1) for the first certificate
2) for each subsequent certificate

For a time limit extension request:
1) for the first request up to 30 days
2) for each subsequent request, for each month of the time limit extension which has started
