Tariff No. 81
Application for registration of integrated circuit topography
NOTE:
The fee stated in lines 1 and 2 of this Tariff No. is reduced by 10% if the applicant submits a certified translation into English of the product’s name and description. The fee stated in line 9 of this Tariff No. is increased by 50% if the application for international registration of patent is submitted within 30 days after the expiry of the deadline for entering the national phase of application examination.
If the applicant for registration of patents, small patents, topographies, utility models or samples is a domestic innovator or author , only 10% of the fee stated under this Tariff No. is paid.
The reduction stated in line 3 of this Note refers also to the first line of heirs . |
